I am a wife, mom, and grandma. I'm a life-long musician married to a musician. I enjoyed a thirty-year music teaching career operating a private piano studio in our home. During ten of those years, I also taught music at a private school.

In 2012 upon our decision to make a major move from California to North Dakota. I retired from teaching to fully pursue my desire to write. I've published five non-fiction books and one book of fiction, part of a three book series.

Besides writing I enjoy reading, writing letters, crochet, knitting, amateur photography, and fitness walking. I also enjoy performing musically with my husband.
