I never have trouble with ideas but fleshing out those ideas in careful words to form a story around those key points. I think if you are struggling it is best to write something else just to restart your mental engines. Write a blog post, a review, poem, anything. Once you get into the right headspace it's easier to dive back into your story.(less)
