April Snellings has somehow built a career out of her passion for spooky pop culture. (Her obsession with The Facts of Life has thus far been less productive, but April remains hopeful.) She was a staff writer and project editor for Rue Morgue Magazine, where she wrote about feminist issues and female creators in the horror genre, and is currently the Associate Editor of the International Thriller Writers' The Big Thrill. April has published more than 400 pieces in magazines and newspapers across North America; her work has been recognized by the Society of Professional Journalists, the Rondo Hatton Classic Horror Awards, and the American Advertising Federation.
