I live on an island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean with an artist, two cats, and a parrot. Sweet Desire, Wicked Fate was inspired by sculptures my partner in life and business, artist Steven Lee Smeltzer created. Currently, I'm writing bk 3 of Sweet Desire, Wicked Fate.

With a desire to promote teens that are PONO, Hawaiian for "doing the right thing," I have created the site DaKine Teens+ at dakineteens.tumblr.com
