I have a bunch of signings planned for my new release When Least Expected. What kinds of goodies do you like to pick up when you attend a signing? Bookmarks? Candy? Notepads? Pens?

Oh, summer, why must you leave?
I'm rushing to pack in all the fun summer things. I made it to the amusement park with my niece and nephew. It was a great day, and we had issues picking our favorite ride of the day. Which I took a sign they had a lot of fun.
My husband and I are planning a motorcycle ride tomorrow to an awesome barbecue place along the Susquehanna River. Can't wait.
Looking on the bright side... it will soon be time to buy everything in pumpkin flavor. :)

I know it's only the beginning of August, but I have that feeling like my summer is speeding by and I haven't done all the fun things I'd planned.
I think this feeling spurs from childhood when August meant I would be going back to school soon. It meant it was time to pack as many things in as possible.
With that in mind, I'm going to make a list of the things I still want to do this summer, while it is still summer.
#1 Go to an amusement park. I'm going to take my niece and nephew on this adventure. They seem to enjoy having me sit in the seat where centrifugal force aids them in smushing me. I fall for it every time.
#2 Campfire. I admit to having a bit a fire issue. When a label says something is flammable, I feel it's my duty to test it.
So, two things on the list for now. I'll work on the rest and check in.
