Marsha Scarbrough is the author of the award-winning memoirs "Medicine Dance" and "Honey in the River".

Her memoir, "20 Years in Hollywood: Tales to Tell", about her time working as an Assistant Director on major feature films and primetime television, is being published in installments on Substack.com.

The Anxious Generation offers lots of solid information about how smart phones are causing anxiety and depression in young people. However, it is academic, dry, and repetitive, so reading it is a bit of a slog.

Exquisite and explicit! Reads like a memoir written in poetry. Feels like a pale pink lotus blossom floating on a muddy pond. I loved it!
