I alway…moreCame out of many years of frustration as an international consultant trying to assist countries to find enough jobs for those who wanted them. I always had the gut feeling as to where the answer most effectively lay, but it was only after retiring that I found the thinking space to tackle it head on and add policy concerns into the mix too. And then it took literally hundreds of efforts to draft and redraft the bits and pieces which eventually came together into the product I have now published; and being prepared to say I'll stop at this point and publish - rather than attempt more drafts - was a very tough call.(less)
