Writer, reader, cook and gardener. Latest book 'PUSH: My father, Polio, and Me' a family memoir published by Gatehouse Press, 2019. Currently writing and publishing poetry and short stories. I haven't given up on the long form entirely, but I'm loving getting back to the sharpness and economy of shorter pieces. I am a trustee for the SAWTrust, A British Polio Fellowship Ambassador and a member of the National Centre for Writing Supporters' Circle.
