Growing hot sauce! Over the years I’ve learned to love fermented foods—my Polish grandma would be happy. Got inspired to try making homemade cultured hot sauce while at my buddy Kyle’s farm in New Mexico. Just three ingredients: rehydrated chilies, vinegar, salt. A few days in, starting to see a small layer of ferment on bottom.
