Make an attempt to understand and enjoy the American sports – Baseball, Basketball, Ice Hockey and Football. You will make an instant connection. And when I say Football, I mean American Football, not ‘Soccer’. Watch football … and if you don’t understand anything – try to locate the guy called the Quarterback. He is the one who starts all the mayhem.

PS: Understand the person’s allegiance before making conversation. Don’t go around praising a New York team in Boston. You will get mauled.
