The NeverEnding Story (1984)

The first time I say this movie I was too young to want to fuck things, so I didn’t have any be him/fuck him for Atreyu.  I think the pre-pubescent version was be him/be his friend, and I had that real bad for Atreyu.  

I can’t remember if I wanted to kiss him.  I was as scared as he was when the eyes of the Oracle started to open.  I was shocked when he just ran through and saved himself, bold as hell.  

I still think Atreyu technically cheated in this moment, but that’s good, because it’s an important lesson for children that when life is a terrible nightmare and your universe is disappearing around you, sometimes you have to cheat a little bit to survive.
