My Secret For Better Writer’s Posture

As an author when I get home from my day job of working in the media, the first thing I like to do is commit time to typing my novels.

This as you can guess involves a lot of sitting on my part, sometimes for 4 to 8 hours per day. After a while I can sometimes begin to get what I call ‘writers neck’. This pain and stiffness is caused by bad posture, straining over the computer, and even looking down at a cell phone for to long of a period of time.
