How do we get the book through this promotion...I don't see any links to download on your publisher's site directly nor any codes to use on the other sites....

Sorry it was only available for free download from my publisher's site on March 12th. ireadiwrite Publishing offered one book a day for free download for Read an Ebook Week (March 6-12). Amber Frost is available for regular purchase still from all major ebook sellers and I will post any upcoming contests/giveaways on my website as they become available.
