I read and re-read the whole interview and can't find anything about the contest (other then "details at the bottom" did I miss it?

No, use the link in my post and at the end of the interview, it lists all the contest details, then at the bottom of the page you can post a comment to enter. I just checked and everything seemed to be working fine.
