Did I get your attention with my title? I hope so!

I've been thinking about doing a blog for a long time, but I couldn't decide when the right time was. I've decided that now is the time, or I might never do it!

I'm a proud Indie author who is a full-time mother and wife. My husband and I have four children and, at the moment, one dog named Shorty. We're hoping to add to our family by adopting a playmate for Shorty, but so far we haven't found the right pup.

My days are often spent writing, plotting, outlining, editing, checking email, researching for my books and interacting with my fans! I also waste a lot of time on Facebook watching videos and collecting memes. :)

When I'm not busy with writing, I'm cooking, cleaning, refereeing the kids and spending time with my family. We try to get away and do something fun on the weekends whether it's hiking, playing outside or just hanging out together. We also like to spend a lot of time soaking up the waves in the pool at the YMCA. =)

My children are my pride and I love them dearly. My husband and I are actively involved in their studies and extracurricular activities. I'm very proud of each of my children and enjoy watching them grow into successful young adults.


Right now I'm working on "Status: It's Complicated". The star characters are a muscle-bound mechanic turned private security, and a beautiful heroine named Anita who has a secret. Actually, she has Gage's secret...a baby boy that he doesn't know exists. Want to know more? You'll have to read the book! =)

I haven't been on GoodReads for too long, a few days maybe? But I'm already addicted! I hope you enjoy following me and I'll try to keep this updated regularly!
