In my new release, Sacrifice to Tangaroa, the main character finds herself swept into the under water world of the god of the sea. The dream that inspired this story was very vivid, featuring many different facets of ocean life.

But dreams about being able to breathe under water can have some interesting interpretations.

Dreaming of being under water can indicate emotional or situational pressure in one's life.

#4 DREAMING OF WATER CAN SIGNIFY CHANGE

Water is a force of change. Dreaming of water may indicate some change the mind is fearing, or is preparing for in the future.
