Science Fiction stories were some of my favorites when I was a kid, and I never lost my fascination with the genre. There are so many visions of what the future might look like with an infinite variety of aliens, distant worlds and technological wonders that are part science and part magic.
The 3013 Series is such a fun world to write in. There are new species, new dangers, and technological toys galore, but humans are still imperfect, and so are the laws that now govern Earth. Ravaged by war and a plague that decimated the population and left most of the women infertile, the planet is now ruled by martial law.
