The book had a good first year.

It received a starred review in Kirkus, and was on their year-end roundup of best books:  Kirkus Reviews Best of 2014.

It was named a Best Book by the Banks Street College:
Bank Street College's Best Children's Books of the Year: 2015

Not bad for an odd, weird, little book.
