Draft two of my second novel has been getting some stellar reviews from selected beta readers. As you might imagine, it's been a wonderful tune. There's things to do for it to be publisher ready, but not that many things. A few touch-ups here and there, a bit more tightening, and a sufficient query letter are the final steps. Exciting? Yes. Scary? You bet. But what about that moment of acceptance? What about that? Yeah, that would be something.
While all this has been going on, I've been working on novel three, which sits at a humble 15,000 words. The plot is mostly worked out so it just needs to get written. But that's the fun part.
Also, recommend me a book. You'll get a shout-out if I start it. You can find my e-mail in the 'About Me' box to the right, or just click the button below it.
Though I mentioned it in the last post, no one wanted to say hello. Leave a comment. The internet can be a scary place, but it's here where you should be friendly. It's here the magic happens.
