BLACK SKIN: Growing up as a child I thought it made me inferior, I thought it made me less of a person, It made me feel like a burden, When your a child you become what other people think of you, When the whole world thinks your inferior you actually start to think it to, For a young kid growing up this is very painful and confusing, As I got older I stopped listening to the rest of the world and started to gain knowledge for myself, Most people don't know so I figured I'd be the one to start telling them, I have black skin because of a hormone called melanin, This element is found all through out nature and the universe, My skin use to make me feel alone, Now I understand and realize the whole entire universe is my home, So all the negativity about black skin to me no longer matters, Because now I know I come from the divine order of nature and universal matter.
