I am so glad I am getting to read this series. This has been on of the best series that I have read in a long time. It has everything in it. Great characters, Great storyline, Great twists and turns, Great couples, and even Great enemies. I have been so engrossed in the book since I started reading it and have not put it down since. This book centers around Kara and Liam. I will warn you, you must read the first book to get the whole story. Kara had to do something that she can't forget, or maybe the better word is handle at the beginning. She has nightmares of what she has done over and over again, they are so intense that it wakes her up at the same time every night. Liam is trying to help her, has not left her side since and for that I will have to start with Liam. I usually start out by telling about the main female character, but this story makes me think of Liam at the beginning. He had to watch his girl do something that he knew she couldnt live with, but knew she had to do it to free herself and her best friend Izzy. Liam let her make that choice and I think that makes him so strong, to let Kara work through things that needed to be worked through. He is your typical in your face, jealous, protective, supportive and all around gorgeous guy that you can read about. He is there no matter what, for if it is for Kara, his best friend or his nieces and nephews. He is your guy. He is calculating, always has a plan and doesnt leave things to chance. So in this book, seeing him off his element makes you look at him more closely. Things don't always appear like they should, and with that it makes Liam very vulnerable throughout the book. He is this intense guy and he loves with everything, so when the unexpected comes up, he doesn't know what to do, and that is what makes this guy special. He has his support system; Brax; and that is what he needs. He will need everything that he has to be able to battle the demons of this book. Kara, all I have to say is I'm in awe. At the beginning of this book you can see how much she is struggling, how she is trying to move on, but at times she can't. Izzy helps her through a lot, but she just doesnt seem to know if that will be enough this time. These reoccurring dreams keep happening and she doesn't know why, but as the book progresses you see that they have more meaning that we all know. She is so feisty and strong. When the unexpected shows, shes there to pounce. She begins to learn more about her past and that seems to make her stronger. She's learning even though her brother was evil, he always has her back. Throughout this book you start to hate Dominic maybe a little less, but not enough to make him good. With all the twists and turns in this book I just have to say you need to read it, because I am not going to give anything away. Kara is what I will say is a best friend that everyone should have, a sister that doesn't have a choice, and a woman that you grow to respect throughout this book. Now we get to see Brax and Izzy through this book and I absolutely love that. I love seeing domestic life take over Brax, but you get to see the best friends help out their best friends this time throughout the book. Family is not always who you think they are going to be and that makes family even more precious when you find it. You also see the men from the auto body shop, Max makes his appearance and of course our old favorite Tiffany. We are introduced to new characters in this book that will make a huge impact on the story line and you will see all the twists and turns come into play.

I am not going to tell you about this book, read the blurb. I am going to tell you this is a book you don't want to miss. You will enjoy this book and not want to put it down. Those are the books that I pleasantly wait for when I am doing these reviews. The ones I can say, I get to read an author that has not only made an impact on my reading, but wants me to keep on reading their books. I will tell you that there is going to be a third book and if it is anything like the other two I can't wait. The epilogue already has me drooling over the next book in this series. So if you are looking for a book that will keep you interest, a series you can't put down, this is it. Put this author on your following list and wait for her books because I want more of this author.
