Thanks to everyone who decided to make the summer of 2011 an official Summer of Gomez! I for one had a lot of fun and lost only a little bit of hair (and a few teeth) over the administration. A small price to pay of course.

I didn't win this time either. :-(But I'll keep trying until I manage to do it, even if that means I have to empty the whole Amazon stock of Gomez books! :-)
Yer all very welcome, and I cannot express how relieved I am that none of you were injured during the reading of the book. I think the tide has finally turned and reports of mental damage while reading will now stop coming in. It's going to be a great summer!Oh yeah, I've just learned you are in fact owners of the Foreword Book of the Year! Maybe I'll do a little post on that later, on how different it feels to one time not come in third ;)
Wow, I can't believe I won and it took me this long to find out (Thanks, Graham, for the email). Too much work and school, and not enough time for reading and Goodreads! Loving the book, and now that finals are done I can finish it!
