Hello, is anyone out there? It's been quiet around here, sheesh! Sorry about that. Life, as usual, has been the culprit. Here's what I've been up to lately:
taking my baby to the ER for stitches following a fall (first set of stitches in 12 years of motherhood)approving revisions and following up with edits for Scoundrel In Disguise sending out ARCs (advanced reader copies) to beta readers to start generating buzz for Scoundrel In Disguise ordering curriculum and setting up our homeschool for another yearcarting my son to and from his swim lessons (he passed his swim test, hurray!)spending a weekend in Seattle with some girlfriends planning out my release party (details coming soon!)setting up a separate business accounts to take payments fromfreezing okra (for frying) and canning green beanswriting the first chapter of my next booktaking trips to the river and park to soak up the awesome summer weatherSo yeah, keeping pretty busy, haha. I've also done some reading and will post some book reviews soon. The most fun and exciting things I've been doing have revolved around my forthcoming book, Scoundrel In Disguise . I'm super excited about it and can't wait to share it with all of you! It will be coming out in just a few short weeks and I've got lots of super fun stuff planned. Stay tuned for that!
