I’m researching the use of drums during the Civil War for my next novel. Drums were used to relay orders to the troops when the noise of battle inhibited verbal communication. Interesting stuff!
I now have tickets to two shows featuring bands I love now just as much I did in the 90s: Weezer on July 5th and Belly on August 15th. Just one more awesome thing to look forward to this summer!
