I need to start a Master Character file so I don't end up reusing character names. I just discovered I had done that. I always imagined that I'd get in intern to go through all my novels, screenplay, short stories, and stage plays --- pulling out all the character names and make a list of them all so I could recheck to make sure I'm not repeating myself. But it's one of those things I never got around to.
