Have You Found THIS Key to Good Health?
I get confused. In the age of information overload, I sometimes have to take a step back.
The headline rules. One day coffee is good, the next it’s evil. Or you should take fish oil this week, but last week you shouldn’t. The message gets muddled. And like a pre-teen girl who switches her outfit three times a day, we often are picking up after the mess.
But there is one headline in the health category that never changes. Sugar is not healthy. No way around it. None of the hundreds of scientific studies tout the benefits of sugar.
Instead the studies link our over-use of sugar to a huge list of degenerative diseases! And we are over using! Most Americans use 3 to 4 times what their bodies can safely process in a day. That means you’re wearing your body out. Your systems can’t keep up with what you’re putting in and eventually stuff breaks down. This is disease.
So if you’re googling, or scrolling or clicking on links today trying to figure out the best way to stay healthy the one message that should not get muddled is: Decrease Sugar. I call this one simple act, the key to good health.
