Both ebook and print formats are now available and I have been working on pages of Author's notes---comments that readers might find of interest after they have read the book (will likely contain spoilers.) So far I am up to about 10 pages of Author Notes---what is the best way to share these to those who are interested? Via these blog entries or sent as an email attachment?
