ALL YOU CAN EAT....OF ME

When hearing the popular phrase, "All you can Eat" I'm convinced that from the onset, it makes us think about the consumption and digestion of food. Right?

Whether it be a nice healthy fresh salad sprinkled with all your favorite toppings or a warm honey-butter glazed roll, perched near a well - seasoned juicy steak. . When someone mentions these things and you haven't had any nourishment? suddenly your ears stand at attention and your belly nods with its own grumblings. But bare with me and let me offer you some food for thought.

Not very often does the phrase "All you can eat" make us think of the things we dare to experience in life - but let us consider the buffet life presents us
let us consider the smorgasbord of things we have, can or will experience; the highs, the lows, loss and gain, things we put out and intake. Things we learn and digest from others, times we push and times we pull, the genres of new music and melodies that speaks to our spirits, a beautiful painting through our eye gates, a friend whispering a truth that pinches you in such a way that brings much needed change..just when you feel you have taken all you can...

The way in which we eat, consume, situations we respond to with our thoughts, our hands or otherwise. Our lives intake...Is it a balanced diet? Does it have any nutritional value or is there something or someone... missing? What if all the experiences and nuances we give so much fame could simply... not be-therefore, not be obtained? Consider that you, me, we may be the missing link- the main ingredient needed to complete a glorious recipe.

All you can eat....like The Golden Coral- an array of flowers, a blend of harmonious voices. Like a quilt of gifts woven together that stretches across the seas. You are the only you and I am the only me. Yes, each of us has a distinct purpose from which we are to serve (give out) and each of us has an equally distinctive appetite to which others must be faithful to fulfill. The depths of my "me" shared on a tray becomes the height of our "we" spread across the buffet. This my friend, is the great exchange. Without it, how can our lives be meaningful, affluential? full? What sense is it to save ALL for the grave? no! While I yet live...seek! eat!

Without each of us being offered there would simply be.. no universal display. What would the world be with no human connection from which to benefit? Share all you can with me. What would pleasure or victory or love feel like.. if no one to share it with? Come.. dine..grab my hand, tear into my cloak, prick my brains, chew on my wisdom, learn, discover, realize, come.... empty me.. seek....Eat.
All you can eat of me... is a gesture, I pray would start with "we".

"We" must be willing to unveil the gift of self, hand it over and cross the barrier of stingy, to participate in the great exchange. We must be willing, diligent, pliable. Willing to integrate and fuse our thoughts in a realm where we can dissect reflect detach and then again be individually incredible. With a world-wide variety of wonderment on the creator's buffet there can be greed.. but maturity sets in and you realize what is meant for you will always be.

There is something powerfully placed inside every individual that is brewing. Savory, but yet to be poured and sipped. Gifts within untapped, unshared an empty canvas, a song written yet unsung. Some of us are on a hiatus from being emptied out because we are so busy trying to get full.

All you can eat of me says: partake.. there is much to gain from the initial source where once upon a time I was within the sphere with you..a part of me, We are the ones for us, even in our diversity. What world would exist if no one else's request would make the bucket list? It's my ability spilling out of me onto you, and your ability to receive and then... repeat the very.. same.. THING.
I am willing, to be and become for the we, that makes us ALL a needed part of the pie, the chain of links jointly fitted together, my willingness to find myself and then give it away, a delicacy, an asset, a jewel to the supply and demand of the universal WELL..... that never runs dry. DRINK.

To give of ourselves means fear of being drained, used up, burned out, yet to feel the vulnerable feeling of the possibility of being rejected, avoided, resented or otherwise unused... is IN FACT, the other extreme. To allow ourselves a chair at the table of the great exchange brings a buffet of choices from which many can pull upon, I say, is BETTER then brave, mightier than strong, MORE than productive and to no surprise, commendable. It is simply your higher self aligning with the perfection by which man was made. In the image of God who's multiplicities beckons praise! An everlasting fullness to which HE has made accessible; to this, I will pour myself out.... lay myself down as a bridge by which you can cross over into enlightment.

Yet, void and vanished from the window, are a plethora of things suppressed from the intended menu. God's joints and gifts..Invisible yet, they should be readily at grasp - not accessible unattainable. The worlds progress will become limp because of the absence of one who refuses to pop.. his.. sealed ..cap?

Pull up a chair get the visual the balance of colors, heights! depths! types! textures! complexions! cultures! The dynamics of sound! Experience the empathy and range of various emotions, characters, pleasures and passions abound. The unspeakable rhythms that both excite and soothe, inventions that solve, and fashions that fade to black yet demand a clap with its own encore. The complexity of off and on, hot and cold what is and is not, to satisfy the palate and awake the frailty of a silent humanity. Eat! dive and live life to a full stream of an eyes bling. Hats off to the human experience... that screams EAT!!! Explore, hunt, inquire, MORE!.

Let not we be, the product of our own demise trapped in a time where the depressed rest, silent at best and the mentally ill laughs and scorns the sane... because they know NOT the power of the great exchange. Let us not refuse to refuel the earth of That which WE have been given. Gas up, share, embrace, chase! Dare we not deny one precious life of all the various options to which he would have pleasured himself, if he had only known. Open his eyes!

With each new year I will feed, teach, and reach, cause I seek to slay the giants who has silenced, blocked! suppressed and hindered all things beneficial to the we that makes me ME. The deafening sound of confusion, the hand of injustice, the utter evil that sows discord to the strive for unity, the plight of all things lovely, when a mind of peace restrains from revealing itself to me. Even when i feel defeat. I won't refrain. I will partake of the universal and great exchange.
It is the hidden nuggets trapped within my fellowman that i shall demand and not let die within. I shall eat all I can and glean from the fields for me which have been prepared for me to eat. At our life's peak shall we scream there is no price to glean... All you can eat ..of me... come..seek ?
This buffet to which i sow and reap, I say come, join, eat. Be part of God's diversity - a universal pie on display.
Have a slice! It's an all you can eat buffet
