Wow...I just got the full year summary of what sales of books last year amounted to for Doctors Without Borders. In 2016 we raised 18,000 kroner (that's $2558.34 US or $3,334.10 Australian)! With the prizemoney from the BookLife prize that is $7,558 US ($9,850 Australian) we gave to DwB.
