Promised King and Holy One,

But graced with pedigree divine.

Rewarded for her loyalty,
Ruth's children are royalty.
Poor, widowed. Uriah' wife
Becomes part of the line of life.

And I, despite my pain and sin,
Likewise may be grafted in.
The faith these four display for me
