That is terrible! Have you heard anything yet? You maybe need to seek a lawyer. Maybe one from ACLU or ACLJ since it appears that your free speech is being violated, and someone their is trying to prohibit you from selling your book?

But, having been returned to all amazon sites, sales of A FOOD OF EVIL are up!
That is wonderful! You could use that to your advantage, and label it the book amazon tried to censor! : )
