What is a healthy relationship?  

A healthy relationship is one is which all the participants have full permission to be who they are and participate as equals.


A healthy relationship allows for conflict, rupture, and reconciliation.


A healthy relationship is flexible enough to adapt when circumstances change or the people involved develop.
