Are our experiences and encounters out of our control? Does luck determine success or failure? Or does everything stem from a thought or an intention we had many moons ago?

Stuffed if I know!
What I know for sure is that when I've thrown my wishes to the sky, beseeched the moon, or pinned words or a picture on a Vision Board, it often comes true.

As a bereaved teenager, I asked the moon "Where is the boy for me? Are you out there somewhere looking up at the same moon too?" My Johnny, a James Dean clone, roared up on a motorcycle one day in a tropical paradise, thousands of miles away. His riders boots hit the ground and the earth stood still. I stood there in my miniskirt. Mouth went dry, I couldn't talk. No matter, Johnny had me at "G'day!"

Stuff like this happens when I put my intentions out there. But sometimes I have to be careful what I wish for.
