I mention in my bio that the book was reworked to reach a broader readership than the art field, to those interested in awareness and waking up.
Which interestingly enough is more about noticing and appreciating the background/context of our lives than it is about our psychology - trying to fix and change and fiddle with ourselves. We become free of the tyranny of foreground and focus. It is really more about the dynamism of our entire field of experience than trying to free up, or at least improve, an isolated discreet small person in a big world.
That things show up, rather than what shows up, is what's astounding! I have found all the above to be a major shift from how I normally navigate life.
These are the kinds of experiential pointers from my conversations with Peter Brown that are covered in the book.
