Its been a whirlwind 6 months that started with the idea for ACOM, went via Pitch Wars, got me my amazing agent Josh Adams and ended 2016 with a 3-book deal in 4 territories, A COURT OF MIRACLES officially sold on December 15th to Knopf, Random House, 3 weeks after I had signed with Josh (for those who like stats, there’s a breakdown of all this good stuff by date on my NEWS page)

I am so stoked to be working with my editor Melanie Nolan, who previously worked on Amie Kauffman and Jay Kristoff’s Illuminae, and to be published by Knopf, home of such children’s fiction literary giants as;  David Levithan, R.J. Palacio, Christopher Paolini, Philip Pullman, Markus Zusak…

…as well as a ridiculous list of fiction legends: John Grisham, China Achebe, Dan Brown, Carl Hiaasen, Anne Rice, Margaret Atwood, Paulo Coelho, Ian McEwan, Cormac McCarthy, Stephen King, Donna Tart, Alexander McCall Smith, Brett Easton Ellis, Haruki Murakami, Jo Nesbo, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Dave Eggers, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie

There are no words… well none beyond the 100,000 I already wrote in LeBook. The whole thing still feels completely surreal, like its happening to someone else and not me. I am overwhelmed, humbled, over-excited, and grateful.
