It’s Memorial Day for those of us in the U.S. It’s a day we remember those who have given their lives for our freedom. My husband is a veteran, so every Memorial Day we go to the VFW/American Legion post for a ceremony. Many people view this day as the official start of summer, a day off from work, time to barbecue.
