This was a first for me. Mary discovered this large snapping turtle in the road in front of our house today. We couldn't leave it there, so I carefully picked it up, keeping my fingers away from its snout, which was frantically trying to bite me. What I wasn't prepared for was that it would pee all over me. Yuck. Got it safely to a creek and marked a new first in my life ledger: being pee'd on by a snapping turtle.
Life lesson? I guess it would be that not every good deed will be appreciated!
