First off, I want to thank the entire middle grade community for their love and support of my debut novel There Will Be Bears. Its success could not have happened without you. The school visits, the Skype sessions, and the bear swears. Oh, how there were so many bear swears! It truly was the greatest honor sharing Tyson and Gramps' story with so many young readers.

I've had many teachers, librarians, and middle grade students ask me about my next novel. And I feel it would be irresponsible of me if I didn't pass along to y'all that Of Jenny and the Aliens is upper YA and contains explicit content: sexual situations, drug and alcohol use, language, and overall it deals with themes geared towards 16-18 year olds. I personally do not recommend sharing JENNY to my younger fans of BEARS.
