Stan Brock is a most remarkable man !
As a young man he became a cowboy in Guyana, not an easy thing to do for an English kid.
I loved reading about his life experiences in Guyana. As a cowboy he befriended the local “cowboy” Amerindians.
He decided to do something about the near complete lack of health care available to these Amazonian people. He wound up founding Remote Area Medical which today busily operates in the USA providing health care to people in need !
