"Envelopes of Hope" is my first novelette. I have a personal connection as to what inspired the story and would like to share that with readers.

One of my children had an issue with drugs for many years (I am proud to say 'had'). After going into a program, she wrote a touching letter to me, thanking me for not giving up on her. It was so personal for me that I wanted to develop it into something that could be shared with others, to give them hope and inspiration.

Unfortunately, our situation is not unique. Drug use is more widespread than ever before. I hope my story will show that there is always hope, and we cannot give up on someone we love.
