Since I've been back at writing, I have re-envisioned a series that I started before I got sick. What had been the Shadow Realm Saga will now be the Luriel Cycle.

Awakening will be re-released as an ebook with a new cover on October 10, 2017. I'm excited because I found a cover artist with a style and a model image that fit my main character.

I finished the first draft of Enlightenment, which I plan to release in spring 2018.















And later in 2018, I expect to release the third and final book in this alternative Earth/otherworld contemporary/urban fantasy/science fiction. (Yeah, it seems like one thing but doesn't really fit clearly into any mold. In other words, a typical Melanie Nilles type of story ;) .)
