What Has Happened to Aiden Savage?
Aiden is one of the “Golden Twins”, brother to Julian Savage and lifemate to Alexandria. In Dark Gold we find him living in San Francisco, California and discover that he has embraced life with humans in a way other Carpathians have not. This makes him a valuable warrior to his Prince. But, he is never mentioned in Dark Legacy as we discover that Mikhail has asked Tariq to be the leader of Carpathians in the United States. Tariq also lives in California which begs the question – What has happened to Aiden Savage?
Aiden has been a beloved Carpathian for many years and has appeared in or was mentioned in over ten books with Dark Lycan being the last we heard about him. So why would the Prince ask Tariq to lead in the US when Aiden has been there so long? Why hasn’t Tariq turned to Aiden for guidance or help?
It’s not an oversight. During the writing of Dark Legacy the character was purposefully omitted. Other Carpathians known to be in the United States haven’t been mentioned either, but it’s Aiden that I think most people will be curious about. And, the why of it isn’t something that will be answered here. There is a reason and it will eventually be revealed, though when isn’t certain. Readers may speculate as to the historic warrior’s fate and future, but for now it remains a mystery.

Ok going to re re read Dark Lycan looking for the reference to Adrian maybe get a clue. Hoping he is ok, but I know we lost some Carpathian in the flight in Dark Blood but we don't know who was lost.

California is a huge State? 😀 CA doesn't represent the US? 😀Aiden & family have moved to Louisiana? 😀 And the State has secretly become the true HQ for all Carpathians? 😀 I will keep going until ♥️you couldn't stand how way off I am & decide to just throw me a tiny clue!
Wooo....I am really curious!! What has happened to Aiden Savage!!!!
Aiden dealt with the conversion of Alexandra when her first and second blood exchanges were from a vampire. Nicholai (sp?) and Destiny (Dark Destiny) also dealt with Destiny being converted by a vampire as well. Both Alex and Destiny had the parasites (causing pain and body damage). The Carpathians had dealt with clearing their life mates of the parasites. I wondered why they were not contacted.
Indeed I wondered what happened to Aidan Savage....curious to see his fate.
I hope this doesn't mean something horrible has happened to him. I love him.
Hmm, I hope that A & A are doing well, even though we hadn't heard of the couple for some time. Hopefully we'll know in the future what happened to A & A.
Joshua should be a teenager about now. I think he was a little younger than Skyler and her friends so I wonder if they have moved to be closer to the younger generation of Carpathians and their human families. They could be with the Daratrazanoff/Savage family or with the De La Cruz family to allow the kids a more normal relationship with one another

Ok, I'm going to guess, even though I know you won't confirm it. *lol*Aiden is in charge of the psychic database, and is going to assign unmated Carpathian males as protectors of psychic women in the hope of finding their lifemates. Aiden, with the assistance of Alex, Josef, and now Trixie, Teagan, and Gabrielle will make these women feel comfortable, while being introduced to the Carpathian world. :-)

@Adaiah: What a great thought of Aiden's role in the Carpathian role. Also a wonderful possibility for him and his family.
You had confirmed Trixie, Gabby, and Teagan are in Cali. You had confirmed Josef is on the way. I am assuming they, along with Aiden, Alex, and perhaps Colin will tackle the Malinov database and track down the women being targeted. I also am going with, although Aiden had been in Cali for years and, like Tariq, have gotten modern, I believe Aiden didnt get chosen by The Prince to lead in the USA because he couldn't lead the ancients like Tariq could. Aiden had always gone his own way. However, i dont think it will be long before they team up to cover more of the state,
Tariq has leadership quality. The ancients automaticly looked to Tariq for direction. Aiden is a healer, and approachable by human standards. He was mingling in the society of the upward mobile, even before meeting his lifemate. Aiden would be perfect as a liaison between unmated Carpathian males, and potential lifemates. Even his home is welcoming.
Adaiah I believe you could be right. He would be prefect for the job of finding the women on the data base and with Josh coming and his computer skills they could work together
Liked both Julian and Aidan Savage. At least Aidan protects his humans. Zacarias De La Cruz....I don't know... He's awfully hard on his humans, at times...
Keep in mind that if Aiden died, the entire Carpathian race would have felt that.
I love the speculation. However, doesn't it make more sense for Andre, Aleksei and Fane to control the database as their woman Teagon, Trixie and Gabrielle have the ability to direct the men to the appropriate part of the world?

Tariq might have more credibility/respect being a part of that era.

However, doesn't it make more sense for Andre, Aleksei and Fane to control the database as their woman Teagon, Trixie and Gabrielle have the ability to direct the men to the appropriate part of the world? All the above carpathians are ancient!!! With emphasis on Ancient. They wouldn't know how to approach these woman. Adian and Alex can pull it off. That Savage charm would do the trick.
As for Tarig leading, the prince couldn't have chosen a better leader.

Which leaves Aiden and team to deal with data base with Josef, or tracking down more underground compounds Manilovs have to help the people prisoned.
I loved Aidan's feisty lifemate, Alex. Be fun to see Joshua, Aidan, and her again. Loved Alex's feistiness in Dark Gold.

Plus, if I'm not wrong, Alexei and Fane haven't sworn allegiance to Mikhail yet. Why would Mikhai hand over something so important.
Aiden, Alex, Josef are perfect for this job!!
I hope that the rest of Trixie's and Teagan's family can join them. Teagan and Gabrielle might do a better job with the database...who know? 'Course Josef can help.

I suspect the same. Right girlfriend! I think that is more likely because Teagan was coming back with Trixie and Gabrielle to California. Data base is being dealt with with Josef. Its all happening in California. Aidan would be the ideal person who been station in California for a while. While Tariq is handling ancient headquarter in Cali, Aiden handling group with lifemate protection and location base. I really think, Adaiah, you got it. Way to go! It makes so much since all 3 ladies are coming to California. Need a headquarter for that issue and Aiden is perfectly established. Josef is older than Sklyar. He is 24 and she is 19. That was mention in Dark wolf by Skylar.

Tariq is perfect for leading ancients . Aidan, the Savage charm, with Alex is perfect for psychic database liasion between males and lifemates. Josef will click with Aidan and Alex perfectly. Josef wouldn't be clicking with he ancients that for sure. Two teams in Cali working on different areas but still centers around the Malinov brothers maddness .
