Character Interpretation

It’s almost release day, and I’m just about bursting with excitement. I’ve been working on the Trinity Series for more than a year and I can’t believe my dream is finally about to come true. If I thought no one would hear me, I’d squeal loud enough to wake my neighbors. Just kidding. Sort of.

Anyway, after spending so much time with the various characters of the Trinity Series, I feel like I know them, almost like friends. It sounds weird, I know. Must be an author thing. I had photos of different people I found on the internet, using them as muses for developing various characters, looks, personality, quirks, all that kind of stuff. Then I realized that even though I used the photos for inspiration, each character took on an individuality of their own.

I’m not the greatest artist by any means, but I began to sketch them, one by one, as I pictured them in my head. I began with the men because to be honest, I suck at drawing women. They always end up looking sad for whatever reason. *shrug*

I hope you like my interpretation of a few of the men of the Trinity, manga style.

Cheers!

DJ
