I put up a post a short while ago about delivery issues outside of the US, Canada and the UK because we have experienced some frustration getting books delivered to India, Peru, Russia etc. In several cases having to order 3 just to get one of them through.

Fortunately, the Goodreads support staff are fantastic once they have been notified that a book has not arrived, so we have been able to jump on it and get it resolved.

As a policy now, all prizes are ordered on the day the winner is selected. If you are in the US or UK, that means you should receive it within a week - normally within a few days. If you are in India, Russia, Australia etc, it will take a few weeks. However, please, please contact Goodreads support if it has not arrived in the time expected.
