2 (1-pound) bunches thin asparagus, trimmed
4 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Drizzle asparagus with oil in a large bowl and toss to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss again.
Bake until just tender, 12 to 15 minutes, depending on thickness. Sprinkle with lemon juice just before serving.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
