I am indecisive, have been battling with this dilemma for what seems forever...Outlander.
Okay, now Outlander has been and always will be a book series close to my heart. I adore Claire and Jamie! I mean, really, really, adore those characters and I'm extremely grateful to my elder sister who first introduced me to the books. But I will not have my love for this book series tainted! Will not have it!
It's very difficult for a book to be translated into a show/film, and in many instances the show just doesn't cut it.
Please, anyone out there, is the show any good? I need info before I risk watching it. It's at Season 3 and I've held off since it first aired.
The thought of watching it and having it fail to meet my expectations is hurting my soul (okay, maybe a tad melodramatic, but you get my drift)
All advice is welcome. For now I will lovingly stare at the Outlander books nestled in-between my paranormal section on the bookcase, and continue to resist the t.v series.
