When the leaves begin to change, my heart does a little leap for joy. While I relish all of the seasons, autumn has a special place in my heart. Perhaps it is because I love food so much, and the food of the harvest season thrills me–cinnamon, pumpkin, soups and stews, pies with embellished crust.
