Ferndale

In my book Heartbreaker that just released November 2nd, the story takes place in a small town of only 1400 people named Ferndale.
It's along the coast of Northern California, and is a little town that backs up against the Redwood Forest.
The town offers a Historic Village, and most of the older homes are done in this Victorian-style architecture.
It's very unique.
Every year whales make their trek for the season changes, and can be seen off the coast.
It was definitely a fun town to write about, and I wanted this small town romance to evoke a sense of mystery in the story.
Grab Heartbreaker today and enjoy this small-town romance with a little mystery and a big love. Heartbreaker Heartbreaker by Logan Chance

Toni I LOVED Ferndale as the backdrop for Heartbreaker. While reading the book, and before looking it up online, everything about it said Home and Healing to me. Coming from a small town myself you did a beautiful job portraying the small town feel and mentality with everyone knowing everyone's business and never forgetting a face or a name of someone who had lived there even if it was years ago. After looking at the images online, it was confirmed for me how very well you chose the location for Cat and Booker's story.
