Exactly this time last year, I went through a phase. I was frustrated, Irritated and bored. Nothing excited me, and I knew I had to change something. Slowly, with a lot of effort I inculcated the below habits and after one year I can safely say that that was the best decision I ever took.

1. Get Up early: Seriously, this habit will change your life forever. I started doing this from last year and I was amazed how I could complete so many chores. If you know me personally you would know how lazy I can be, and life has always given me Jobs where I am not needed in the office early in the morning
