The fact is that I hate learning to do new things. Even navigating the relatively simple pages of Goodreads has been more than I cared to undertake but with more time on my hands I've decided to get involved.

So... I'm giving away some books this coming weekend. One is my best selling Evil Intentions, my first true crime book. I was reluctant to write it and only my agent's persuasion convinced me. I'd worked as a presentencing investigator for the Superior Court in Phoenix and written five reports in first degree murder cases. Evil Intentions is the story of the one case in which I recommended the death penalty. My agent thought that a good hook, I considered it a journey into a very ugly world I'd become a writer to escape. Still, not bad for a first effort but if I had to do it again...
